Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit at Albert Park

So, I’m still in Melbourne. Yesterday and today I saw plenty of great buildings, streets, bars and landmarks, including the State Library of Victoria. Today, I walked parts of the Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit at Albert Park.

As a F1 aficionado I felt it was very special walking the asphalt on which 24 racing drivers including Fernando Alonso, Mark Webber, Sebastian Vettel and also Jérôme D’Ambrosio will drive.

I wanted to to see the pits, but we were chased away, as preparations for the Australian Grand Prix on the 27th of March are busy. But I could manage one photo of the pit exit. I’ll post it later.

Despite the setback, I’m still lively enjoying Australia.
